Sharone Ostrovsky likes to say that what she does best is
“throw the party”. The 25-year television veteran has experience in everything from the very early stages of conception, to showrunning, overseeing crews, budgets and financing, right down to colour correcting the very last frame. Often driven by her own curiosity or fascination with a story, Sharone has developed a talent for finding special talent. A great example of that is her hit series Hellfire Heroes. Sharone has experience developing, producing and directing 100’s of hours of content for both national and international markets in the reality sphere, and brings her unique approach to this ever-changing

For 20 years, Peter has been working behind the lens. His broadcast
work has been viewed on major networks worldwide including
Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, HBO, The Movie Network,
W Network, Outdoor Life Network, PBS, Travel + Leisure amongst others. Peter has filmed and directed adventure, culture and travel all over the world including documentary features, television series (documentary, factual, travel, docu-soap). Peter directed the full length HBO feature “Shaun Majumder, Every Word is Absolutely True”, and multiple television series’ including “Majumder Manor”, “Sons of Winter”, and “Beyond Survival with Les Stroud.” Over the past two years Peter has been Story Producing and Directing Discovery Channel's primetime hit series, Heavy Rescue 401. Peter is also the Series Director for Discovery Channel's much talked about series, Hellfire Heroes.

Liz West has a passion for storytelling, which is why she chose a career in television. While she is known for delivering the goods in front of the camera, reporting on everything from daily news and current affairs, to lifestyle and entertainment, Liz is equally skilled behind the lens. As a seasoned producer driven by curiosity, she is not afraid of digging in to find the right stories, the right people and the right answers. As the industry changed, Liz made the natural evolution into the digital world
as a branded content producer, working with businesses to tell their stories through the power of video. In addition, Liz hosted and produced over 300 podcast episodes about everything from pop culture to professional development, before joining 4East Media in 2018.
Sonya’s experience in the entertainment industry is diverse.
She started her career as a scriptwriter, story editor and researcher for various Canadian lifestyle series. She was also Associate Producer for the Vicious Brothers sci-fi horror film, Extraterrestrial. From 2013 until 2017, Sonya was Director of Legal and Business Affairs for Portfolio Entertainment, where she supported the expansion of the company from 17 to 120 employees, including the establishment of a fully integrated
in-house animation studio, and regularly negotiated international
co-productions and co-ventures. Sonya's 18-year legal and business affairs career has been focused primarily in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law for all areas of entertainment and media (film, television, digital and theatre).
Laura Robinson is the Emmy-nominated Executive Producer and creator of Celebrity Name Game, the award winning, syndicated television game show hosted by Craig Ferguson. Robinson also co-invented the classic board game, Balderdash (over 20 million units sold worldwide). She has close working relationships with entertainment heavyweights Fremantle Media, Lionsgate, and Debmar-Mercury and is currently shooting a pilot for a new television game show, 5 Second Rule with ITV Network in
the UK. Robinson brings a freshly creative approach to unscripted format development, specializing in game shows.
Kelly is a respected freelance producer and director with decades of experience in factual entertainment. She’s worked on most of the country’s national newscasts, produced award-winning
features and specials for Discovery Channel Canada and has a solid background in reality and lifestyle entertainment. She has worked as a production executive, overseeing deliverables for Life Network, and was responsible for devising and delivering the first season of “Til Debt Do Us Part”, which went on to win the Gemini for “Best Lifestyle Series” in Season One. Kelly is known as a solid creative voice, an exceptional writer, director and a producer of highly successful television with wide appeal. She has worked around the world, filmed in war zones and profiled some of the most fascinating people and places on the planet.
Tim is an award winning director specializing in comedy, whose work is well known internationally and has garnered many awards. He has worked extensively in Canada and the US and has also done campaigns for the UK, France, Germany, Iceland, Dubai and even Kazakhstan. His credits include the Diane Keaton/Jeff Daniels feature Mama’s Boy, the sketch comedy show The Second City Project, and the viral video Truth in Advertising.
Tim is known for his exceptional casting and ability to help create surprising and idiosyncratic comedic performances. His elegant visual style focuses on visual storytelling in a clean, clear if often surreal way.
Sean McKnight has supervised, created, and contributed to hit television shows for multiple networks, engaging audiences and driving results through a wide variety of material. He created and developed Through
The Wormhole with Morgan Freeman, which set ratings records in its debut season. His most recent successes have been with Travel Channel, where he developed and supervised some of the network’s top performers, including Booze Traveler and Food Paradise. The foundation for these successes was formed during career as a content producer for some of the most significant brands in media, including History, The Daily Show, and MTV.
